Our mission is to support a simpler and fairer way of living for flat owners and those in multi-unit estates.
We aim to empower homeowners and drive positive change through education and collaboration. We want to reshape the narrative around residential property ownership and contribute to a future where Commonhold is widespread, providing homeowners with the control and transparency they deserve. Our aims, are;
- Collaborate and support the campaign for Leasehold and Freehold Bill reforms, aligning and strengthening where needed ;
- Build awareness through education of Commonhold and Freehold, and its potential to transform housing and communities
- Raise public support and stakeholder engagement to resolve objections, remove barriers and foster understanding of how Commonhold conversion works in flats and managed estates;
- Removing forfeiture as it is a concept which is excessive and inconsistent with Commonhold and Freehold;
- Delivering power to appoint (and replace) managing agents so that homeowners have the same protections and in same position as all consumers;
- Continue to combat wider issues within the residential property sector.
We consider that change is realistic with discussion with local and relevant MP's.

Karolina Zoltaniecka
Karolina is the founding director, CEO and has an international background in commonhold tenures, market-disrupting services and housing campaigns.
She has 30 years of in-depth experience with Australian Strata title, EU co-ownership and leasehold RTM director. Is a pro-commonhold expert and strongly campaigns for simpler and easier commonhold reforms. Karolina knows all too well that by implementing these important law reforms, people will be right-out flat owners with control over their land, buildings, lives and money.
Leveraging her vast leasehold and commonhold experience, she provides vital information to leaseholders who often struggle to understand this complex world.
She has an MBA.

Karolina Zoltaniecka
Helen Jansen is a RICS chartered surveyor with an intimate knowledge of Australian strata title, with both extensive property management and commonhold experience. After decades of experience with her own leasehold property here and her experience with residential abroad, she understands that leasehold is misrepresented as homeownership.
Helen believes that leasehold is detrimental to the market and has seen how the freehold alternative builds confidence and enables owners to have decision-making powers that don’t exist under leasehold.
She frequently advises – and challenges – her colleagues in the sector over endemic leasehold management issues. She has an MBA from the London Business School.
